Mr. Sanjiv Sharma is an accomplished executive with 30 years of hands on experience in Strategic Planning, Operations, Facility Management, Budgeting, MIS, Statutory Compliance, Risk Management, Service Delivery, Contract Labour Laws, and Learning & Development.

His result oriented leadership strategy helps him thrive in dynamic and fluid environments while remaining pragmatic and focused. Artemis, Gurgaon is one of his success stories, where he worked for 6 years in a row at a level of Head Operations. Before joining Nahar Hospital, Bhinmal, his last association was with GNRC Hospitals, Kolkata.

A graduate from Dibrugarh University, Assam, Mr. Sharma has also completed Management Training from IIM Bangalore and Finance Training for Non-Financial Managers conducted by Ernst & Young. Under his able leadership, we’re certain that we will create a positive impact on the healthcare industry.

Nikhil is a techno-functional personality and has contributed the best of his skills and efforts in the field of Human Resources as functional resource and SAP (Human Capital Management) as technical resource.

During his journey to career path so far, he has contributed to both production & service industries in Indian market. The major contributions of his skills and his efforts are with Max Healthcare Ltd., Saket City Hospital, Avantha Group (Thappar Group), Diwan Chand Medical Services & Rockland Hospitals Ltd. He has got a rich experience in Healthcare sector.

He is a MBA (Human Resources) from Institute of Management Studies & Research (Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak) and has a fair understanding of various verticals of Human Resources. He has a good exposure of establishing the Human Resources Department from the scratch. We are sure that his contribution will bring the system to new heights.

Mr. Sharad Mohan has over 25 years of experience with a proven track record of success within the International Freight Forwarding industry and commercial markets. He is also experienced in developing networks, business planning, sales tools, marketing initiatives and profitability improvement initiatives within challenging environments.

Before joining Nahar Hospital, Bhinmal, his last association was with NEC Energy Pvt Ltd as a General Manager (Commercial).

Mr. Anurag Pandey has worked for 9 years in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry. He has experience in strategy implementation, government liasioning, marketing and statutory compliances, budgeting, MIS, and procurement. Before joining Nahar Hospital, Bhinmal, he was associated with J K Hospital as a Sr. Executive (Operations).

Mr. Gautam Bhatacharjee has 15 years of managerial experience in directing security practice operations. He has expertise in security legislation, administration, code management, disaster management, and security risk assessment as per quality standards of hospitals. Before joining Nahar Hospital, Bhinmal, he was associated with Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana.

Mr. Navindra Kumar has 17 years of experience in high-end medical equipment service, procurement of medical equipment and biomedical engineering. This highly motivated professional is also experienced in maintenance operations. Before joining Nahar Hospital, Bhinmal, he was associated with Kailash Healthcare Ltd, New Delhi, as a Group Head, Biomedical Engineering

Ms. Jini Pillai is a nursing administration professional with 14 years of experience in this field. She has worked on nursing staff management for an entire hospital, maintaining the ratio of nursing staff in an organization, and ensuring proper resource requirement of nursing supplies in patient care. She also has vast experience in the regular monitoring on nursing indicators.

Ms Aditi Sharma is an English graduate with more than 2,700 hours of training experience. Her specialization includes, confidence development, leadership training, productivity improvement, nurturing talent and time management. She is also a mentor and counsellor, gaining people’s trust and helping them enhance their strengths.

She was working as a successful marketing representative and counsellor with FLAME, Pune, generating applications from IB schools, other elite schools and premier colleges.

She has also worked at Ecole Hotelier, Lavasa, as their regional counsellor and representative in Delhi, counselling students for the hotel management course at Ecole. Ms. Aditi Sharma has even worked as a corporate trainer with the British School of Language and has an excellent track record in communication skills and personality development training programs. In addition, she has trained non-English speaking expatriates.

She has worked as Project Manager with UNICEF as an in-charge of the Estate Crèche houses and the hospitals, while being actively involved in childcare and welfare. She also held important portfolios in the major tea clubs in Assam, delivering effective results in housekeeping, horticulture and F&B departments.

Ms. Madhumita Das is a motivated, experienced and diligent leader. She has the ability to take on an initiative and work as part of a team to meet new challenges and deadlines.
