Madhura Samarth

Prior to Ripple, Madhura founded and ran sharp Shooter Films, a production company, which was a joint venture with WPP.

During her career in advertising, Madhura has worked with large, global brands including Coke, Sunsilk, AT&T, BskyB, Samsonite and Mentos.

Madhura is an investment banker by training. She spent several years at Brean Murray & Co. Inc. in New York.

Madhura completed her B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.

Vivek Nathwani

Prior to Ripple, Vivek founded and ran Veri Communications, a corporate communications firm. He worked with several clients, large and small, on branding, marketing strategy, internal communications, campaigns and employee engagement programs. His clients included The Essar Group, The Tata Group, Lavasa and Wockhardt.

Vivek started his career as an investment banker, holding senior positions at JP Morgan Chase and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi in New York. He received his B.A. in Economics from Haverford College, PA and completed his schooling in London.
