The client servicing role involves:

• Liaising with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas
• Communicating with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign
• Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a wide range of information in great detail including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share
• Finding an 'angle' on a specific product or service on which to base an advertising campaign

The job would entail working with brands to strengthen their digital presence.
Please see the points below:

• Our focus is very much on ROI. Therefore knowledge of analytics on platforms like Google, FB, YT and other social channels is key. Prior to recommending any activity to brands, we must know what success looks like in terms of numbers and communicate this to the client in advance.
• SEM - we need to be able to understand the clients business, suggest relevant keywords, figure out the negative keywords, bid appropriately. Suggest to the client what the landing page should contain. If the candidate is Google certified that is a big plus.
• Regular competitor analysis for our clients using tools
• Creation of pitch documents from a digital strategy perspective
• Creative ideas for social/digital
• Campaign management

The key skill is to be a good visualizer and create unique shots and sequences. Must also have:

• An understanding of character animation, character design and layouts
• Strong skills with design software such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D Max/Maya, Premiere and After effects would be an added advantage.
