The client servicing role involves:
- Liaising with clients to identify specific business problems and develop ideas
- Communicating with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account managers, in the process of developing a campaign
- Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analysing a wide range of information in great detail including demographics, socio-economics and the market for the client's product and market share
- Finding an 'angle' on a specific product or service on which to base an advertising campaign
- Researching the product or service to be advertised, which may involve gaining technical or specific knowledge
- Reconciling the differences between consumers' current perceptions of the brand and the way the client wishes the brand to be perceived
- Meeting the client to learn the background of the brand and advising on possible approaches to the target market
- Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy
- Presenting conclusions and ideas to clients and other agency staff
- Analysing and interpreting customer response and sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign

The job would entail working with brands to strengthen their digital presence.
Please see the points below:
- Our focus is very much on ROI. Therefore knowledge of analytics on platforms like Google, FB, YT and other social channels is key. Prior to recommending any activity to brands, we must know what success looks like in terms of numbers and communicate this to the client in advance.
- SEM - we need to be able to understand the clients business, suggest relevant keywords, figure out the negative keywords, bid appropriately. Suggest to the client what the landing page should contain. If the candidate is Google certified that is a big plus.
- Regular competitor analysis for our clients using tools
- Creation of pitch documents from a digital strategy perspective
- Creative ideas for social/digital
- Campaign management
Work experience required is 3-5 years.
The key skill is to be strong in terms of brand strategy. Also:

- Familiarising themselves with their clients’ products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities
- Writing clear, persuasive, original copy in good, concise English
- Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
- Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients
- Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion
- Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines
- Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends
Work experience required is 2-5 years.
The key skill is to be a good visualizer and create strong concepts. Also:
- An understanding of creative design and layout
- Strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- The ability to build creative and unique ideas
- The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
- The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
- The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
- An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
- An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed
- A track record of inventive and compelling design work
Work experience required is 2-5 years.
The key skill is to be a good visualizer and create unique shots and sequences. Must also have:
- An understanding of character animation, character design and layouts
- Strong skills with design software such as Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of 3D Max/Maya, Premiere and After effects would be an added advantage.
- The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers
- The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
- The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
